AMICORP HIGH RETURN STRATEGY

This Investment Vehicle is set up as an ‘Actively Managed Certificate’ (AMC) according to Luxembourg Law through Amicorp, a DIFC licensed entity in Dubai. In many ways it is similar and comparable to a Luxembourg Fund.

It is audited regularly and its Paying Agent is the ISP Group in Zurich / Switzerland. It has an international ISIN number CH1108677878, a Swiss Valorennummer 110867787, as well as a German ‘Wertpapierkennummer’ / WKN A4AEW9.

The AMC commands a 0.7% p.a. administrative Fixed Fee and a 30% Success Fee with High Water Mark. For further details, please refer to the Term / Fact Sheet.

The AMC can be bought daily at the Net Asset Value (NAV) plus 0.5% and sold daily at the NAV minus 0.5%. Sales proceeds will be paid out at month end (if sold on or before the 25th of a given month).
